We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our Dubai team, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures to prevent accidents.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve HSE performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct training and promote safety awareness.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
