What you'll be doing

As Innovation & Growth Associate at The Greenhouse by Chalhoub Group, you will be part of a dynamic team driving bold entrepreneurship and innovation across the region. You will support the execution of internal and external initiatives that build equity and visibility for The Greenhouse, working closely with the Partnerships and Growth Manager, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.

You will play a hands-on role in enabling the success of our Startup Studio, Incubator, and Accelerator activities by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and impactful outcomes. Using lean startup methodologies, you will help co-create ventures that unlock new business models, categories, and markets—delivering long-term value to Chalhoub Group and the wider ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of activations, sessions, and campaigns related to The Greenhouse’s structure in KSA.
• Handle logistics such as venue setup, materials, catering, and coordination for The Greenhouse’s events and initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
• Manage procurement, tracking, and organization of materials and on-ground assets in relation to the initiatives.
• Assist with documentation, communication, and reporting linked to The Greenhouse’s operations in KSA.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Fluency in both Arabic & English.

• Experience in event coordination, event/project management, or project planning is a plus.
