Job Summary

As a Marketing Manager at Rize, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively communicates the company's unique value proposition.

What will you be doing?

• Create a marketing plan, strategy, and budget based on Rize projections and growth map.
• Improve the overall marketing KPIs and monitoring metrics. Making sure our reporting is accurate and data-driven. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and customer lifetime value (CLV), to identify areas for improvement.
• Suggest growth hacks and organic reach strategies to be implemented on the long run.
• Improve and oversee the execution of tech-linking and performance monitoring on Adjust.
• Oversee the execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and targeted advertising.
• Oversee the execution and conversion of Channel partners leads into actual transactions, monitor the results, costs, metrics, and how it compares with the rest of the marketing efforts, and suggest improvements.
• Lead the marketing execution across partner channels, including overseeing the building of internal marketing strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Rize's sales and business development teams to support the marketing efforts of partner channels, brokers, and real estate partners.
• Develop and implement effective agents marketing strategies and co-marketing campaign B2B activation strategy.

You're a perfect match if you have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant major.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Both B2C and B2B experiences are preferred together.
• Start up and tech experience is a must.
• B2B co-marketing experience is a plus.
• Prop-tech & fin-tech experience is a plus.
• KSA Riyadh based.
