The Role
Guildhall, on behalf of our client in the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced **Marketing Executive** to join their team in Oman. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established medical centre, driving patient engagement, brand growth, and community outreach. Role Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that promote the services and enhance the reputation of the medical centre. The successful candidate will combine a solid background in healthcare marketing with strong creative and analytical skills to deliver campaigns that generate measurable results. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote medical services, wellness programmes, and specialist treatments. * Lead both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, website management, advertising, and events. * Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitor activities within the healthcare industry. * Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and community organisations to increase referrals and awareness. * Coordinate and manage health awareness campaigns, community workshops, and promotional activities. * Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations. * Collaborate closely with doctors, management, and internal teams to ensure alignment in branding and communication. * Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital content. * Ensure all marketing activity complies with ethical standards and healthcare marketing regulations. Compensation & Benefits * Salary: OMR 500 – 800 (inclusive of HRA, based on experience). * Leave salary and gratuity in line with Omani Labour Law. * Yearly airfare allowance. * Comprehensive medical facility coverage. * Company-maintained car provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years’ proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the medical or healthcare field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. * Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and Microsoft Office applications. * Highly organised with strong project management skills. * Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns. * Valid **Omani Driving Licence** is essential.
