We are seeking an experienced aviation professional who will thrive working in a fast-paced operations environment where anything is realistically possible.
In this critical role, you will support services for schedule changes and disruption handling events such as delays, cancellations, diversions, downgrades, upgrades, misconnections, and denied boarding.
Collaborative by nature demonstrating outstanding communication skills, you can expect to manage disruption communications or operational messaging in a customer-facing environment.
If you thrive in a time-critical setting and love the rhythm of real-time operations, we want to hear from you.
You are expected to demonstrate at least 1 year of experience within airline operations such as Operations Control Center, Network Control, or Integrated Operations environment.
