We need a Data entry operator
At Zahr Freighters, we believe that accurate and timely data management is the foundation of smooth logistics operations. To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Operator to join us in Dubai. This role is vital in ensuring that our business records and documentation are precise, up to date, and effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in tracking shipments, invoices, and other logistics-related records.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and organize necessary data.
- Perform regular backups to secure information and prevent data loss.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support administrative staff in filing, documentation, and related tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong typing speed with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
