- Demonstrable success as an Executive Assistant within a luxury hospitality environment, adept at managing high-volume operations with grace and efficiency.
- Outstanding ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of building strong relationships and effectively conveying information.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style, complemented by a positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to infuse fun and enthusiasm into the workplace.
- A deep-seated passion for delivering unparalleled guest services, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations at every turn.
- An innovative thinker with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions, taking full ownership of responsibilities.
- A solid understanding of industry regulations, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential, with additional language skills highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead all operational facets to significantly boost service quality and guest satisfaction. Implement innovative and effective operational strategies to ensure the highest standards of luxury service.
- Actively engage in the formulation and execution of departmental strategies and action plans, ensuring they align with the overarching goals of the resort. Your role is pivotal in translating vision into reality, driving operational excellence across all departments.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and motivational messages about departmental objectives to achieve targeted outcomes. Your communication skills will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, inspiring your team to excel.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure seamless implementation of strategies and action plans. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that aligns departmental efforts with the resort's strategic vision.
- Maintain a prominent presence among guests to gather firsthand feedback on service quality and satisfaction levels. Your approachability and proactive engagement are key to enhancing the guest experience.
- Champion the continuous improvement of guest experiences by incorporating feedback into actionable strategies. Your commitment to excellence will drive the evolution of service standards.
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team, utilising performance reviews to ensure accountability and foster professional growth. Your leadership will cultivate a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with department heads, ensuring alignment with goals and timely execution of strategies. Your oversight will ensure consistent advancement and achievement.
- Keep the Hotel General Manager informed about operational achievements and challenges, ensuring transparent communication and strategic alignment.
