Trainer – BPO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Title: Trainer – BPO
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 
Salary: Up to AED 2000/- 
Benefits: Visa, flight tickets, accommodation, meals and travel

Role Overview: 
- We are hiring an energetic and skilled BPO Trainer to join our team in Dubai. 
- The ideal candidate must be Indian, under 28 years of age, and fluent in 
English and Hindi. 
- Knowledge of Kannada and Telugu will be considered a strong 
advantage. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to new and existing BPO staff 
- Train employees on communication, customer service, and process guidelines 
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation 
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback 
- Work with operations and quality teams to identify training needs 
- Maintain training progress reports and assessments 
- Generating reports and share to management. 
- Good in Excel and Power Point

Requirements: 
- Must have a background in the BPO/call center industry
- Minimum 6 moths of experience in sales or team training (must have at least one of them)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting dashboards is preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and manage a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Management, or related field)
- Willing to relocate or based in Dubai, UAE.
