The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established organisation serving the marine industry across the Middle East, India, Far East Asia, and Africa. With Dubai as its headquarters, the company operates support vessels and port facilities for a wide range of clients. As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day executive and personal requirements of a dynamic and exceptionally busy leader. The core focus of this position is high-level executive support. From managing a constantly evolving diary, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence, to acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external contacts, your ability to stay one step ahead will be essential. You’ll also take ownership of arranging travel across multiple time zones, ensure smooth logistics for industry events and team socials, and provide consistent follow-up on action points, payments, and approvals. In addition to business matters, there is a personal element to the role, requiring flexibility and good judgement. This includes managing family travel plans, handling renewals such as vehicle insurance and servicing, maintaining personal documentation and reminders, and overseeing key household administration. The CEO relies on a PA who is proactive, highly organised, and discreet, with the confidence to work independently while keeping pace with shifting priorities.

Requirements
Success in this position requires previous UAE experience, ideally within a similar senior-level support role. You will be tech-savvy, efficient with document management systems such as DocuSign, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A calm and polished approach, strong sense of initiative, and a natural ability to build rapport are essential.
