Key Responsibilities – Logistics Supervisor Opportunities at Niceone

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving, to ensure timely, accurate deliveries for customers.
• Monitor supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement in warehouse management, transportation, and material handling.
• Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve productivity and safety goals, fostering a diverse and collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure seamless information flow and resolve operational challenges.
• Utilize logistics and inventory management systems to track shipments, manage stock levels, and generate performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and relevant local regulations in warehouse and distribution activities.
• Analyze logistics data and KPIs to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
• Support implementation of new technology, automation tools, and best practices within logistics operations.
• Contribute to team meetings, training initiatives, and process improvement projects.

Desired Skills and Qualifications – Requirements for Logistics Supervisors

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse supervision, or supply chain roles preferred. Experience in digital retail logistics is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and logistics tracking systems. Familiarity with WMS/ERP tools is an advantage.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts constructively, and promote a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address logistics or supply chain issues quickly and efficiently.
• Organization: Excellent planning and time management skills to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
