Job Opening: HR Manager – Real Estate Industry
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Up To AED 7000/-
Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, annual airfare, 30 days paid leave, private transport
Nationality: Indian (Male)

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in the real estate industry to join our Dubai-based team. 
- The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in employee engagement and retention.
- You will play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting a growing team in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, admin, and operations roles
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and employee induction programs
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with UAE labor laws
Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
Manage visa processing, renewals, and related PRO coordination
- Organize internal events, team-building activities, and performance reviews
Maintain HR MIS reports, monthly HR dashboards, and audit documentation

Requirements: 
- Minimum 1–2 years in HR, preferably in real estate or construction sector
Nationality & Gender: Indian Male (due to team accommodation)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and payroll basics
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, SAP, etc.)
- Must be in Dubai or willing to relocate
