Test Lead – Cards and Digital Banking
Seeking a skilled professional Test Lead with proven expertise in Card-based banking solutions and Digital Banking platforms.
Experience: 5+ Years
Work Location: Qatar
Job description-
Candidates should have hands-on experience with Credit, Debit, WPS, and Pre-paid cards, Card Management Systems (Prime, Way4), Customer journey testing, UAT execution, and regulatory tech projects, including wallet/tokenisation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for card and digital banking systems.
- Define test strategy, test plans, and oversee execution for multiple test cycles.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Business Analysts,and Developers.
- Guide and mentor test engineers in creating test scenarios, UAT scripts, and defect management.
- Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and defect closure.
- Drive compliance testing for projects involving regulatory authorities and security standards.
- Oversee integration testing across CMS (Prime, Way4), banking channels (mobile, internet, ATM), and wallet/token systems.
- Provide risk assessments, status reports, and test metrics to project leadership
