We need a Junior Accountant,
Hosuk Travels, a growing and trusted name in the travel and tourism sector based in Riyadh, is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to support our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build their accounting career within a dynamic and service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Help maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes.
- Assist with payroll processing and tracking of employee expenses.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment and billing inquiries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related paperwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
