Experience on all type of Heavy Mobile Equipment’s Service, maintenance & repairing jobs (Mechanical & hydraulic system) Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Heavy mobile Equipment’s Servicing & maintenance , Computer knowledge, Language , Communication Skills, Leadership Quality , Job Knowledge
Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
- Maximize equipment availability
- To plan for maintenance of all automobile equipment.
- To plan spare parts.
- Follow up & Compliance of ISO approved procedures/documents.
- To identify problem area and to plan for rectifications / improvements.
- To train employees as per schedule.
- Effective utilization of manpower.
- Looking after Safety, Housekeeping & personal issues.
- Authorized to validate employee’s appraisal with consultation to Manager.
- Authorized to order spare parts required for maintenance job
- Authorized to approve daily time sheets of employees
- Authorized for leave approval of employees
- To attend preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, scheduled maintenance as per departmental PM plan
To observe the equipment in the area of maintenance, report and take corrective actions in communication with Manager
