JOB PURPOSE

If you are passionate about food, be the best solutions provider and enjoy the culinary side where you’ll need to recruit, manage, develop, and expand customer base while increasing number of SKUs per customer then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Daily Face to Face visits to for active and new customers.
  • Owns, manages and achieve all sales targets and KPIs (Turn Over, Customers base, Forecast…etc).
  • Grow Reach and Penetration (Grow Customers base and number of SKUs Per Customer)
  • Manage, build relationships, and serve existing/potential customers in HoReCa Channel (Hotels, Restaurants & Caterings) To become a trusted consultant by providing a complete culinary solution based on a clear understanding of customers’ business and needs.
  • Take calculated risks to win and keep customers (Hotels, Restaurant, Catering)
  • To conduct Demonstration for UFS SKUs for customers using Top application to close the sale.
  • Ability to deal with data (analyze) to create your daily routie/activities in more systematic way as per Unilever’s requirement. i.e. CRM Software (Salesforce).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales in Foodservice industry is a PLUS.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken).
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Skills

  • Business Acumen.
  • Basic Culinary knowledge.
  • Good financial knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all stakeholders (Chef, Procurement, Operation…etc).
