Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to own and support bench management for Onsite and Offshore Bench, Operations management of Fresher Index, B3+ and offshore mix, analytics for bench and Operational Parameters and providing insights to internal WMG and Senior Management for taking appropriate actions.

Do
1. Create Bench and Operation reports
a. Create onsite and offshore bench reports
b. Create Operation report for Fresher Index, B3+ and Offshore Mix
c. Create daily/ weekly/monthly/Qtrly dashboards for different internal and external stakeholders
2. Master data management
a. Baselining of data for previous qtrs
b. Consolidating weekly/ monthly and qtrly data
3. Analysis
a. Analyzing the bench and Ops Parameters on a daily basis
b. Sharing insights on existing and virtual bench to internal and external stakeholders to take necessary actions.
c. Providing guidance and support to business team based on their requirements.
4. Participate and support in simplification of process and Automations
a. Review and identify areas of improvement on a Qtrly basis.
b. Identify automation of existing manual processes.
