We need an Integration Analyst,
About the Role

The Integration Junior is responsible for supporting the integration Senior in integrating the new/updated system or solutions to the current available systems and ensuring the compatibility of such integration processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the integration of available systems to achieve business requirements
• Support evaluation of current systems/solutions to ensure that the departments' needs are met with the current availability
• Support management of the integration roadmap with the integration senior and the department manager
• Ensure regular communication with functional area managers to understand information requirements, as well as opportunities in system usage, data integrity, etc.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality
• Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately
• Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait
• Zain abides by fulfilling the occupational health and safety certificate requirements that establishes and maintains an OH&S management system that eliminate hazards and minimizes OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities and addresses OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities

What We Need From You

SKILLS

• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency in agile methodologies
• Knowledgeable of digital integration systems within the telecom industry
• Knowledge of support processes specific to the telecom industry
• Advanced Microsoft Office toolkit (Excel, pptx)
• Competency in SQL & Python preferred
• Understanding of the software development process of carrier class software, including software lifecycle management, as well as automation and integration.
• Understanding of public, hybrid and on-premises Cloud-based deployments; able to handle and contrast different/competing technologies and standards - containers, Kubernetes, Openstack, Mano/NFV, hypervisors is a plus
• Strong digital and analytical skillset
• Customer journey design experience
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and customer care skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and frame key issues
