We need a BMS Operator,
As a BMS Operator, you are responsible for monitoring and controlling the building's automated systems to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency. Your role involves overseeing the BMS equipment, responding to alarms, and collaborating with relevant departments to maintain a comfortable and safe environment. Additionally, you play a key role in troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining accurate records related to the building's automated systems.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the Building Management System (BMS) to regulate various building systems.
- Respond to alarms and alerts generated by the BMS, taking prompt action to address issues.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper functioning of building systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of BMS equipment and related components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of BMS operations, alarms, and maintenance activities.
- Implement energy-saving strategies to enhance the building's energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide support during system upgrades or installations.
- Train colleagues on the proper use and understanding of the BMS.
- Stay informed about advancements in BMS technology and recommend improvements as needed.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
