We need an Assistant Manager – Leasing,
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Leasing Manager: Assist in daily operations, strategy execution, and customer management.
- Strong Product & Presentation Skills (B2B): Ability to effectively communicate product value and services to corporate clients.
- Strategic Territory & Time Management: Collaborate with Division Manager/Team to optimize market coverage and productivity.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Goal-oriented mindset, capable of building long-term relationships and winning new customers.
- Profit-Driven Negotiation Skills: Skilled in securing favorable pricing and enhancing revenue opportunities.
- Networking & Relationship Building: A people-centric approach to leveraging industry networks for business growth.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging leasing opportunities.
- Operational & Compliance Management: Ensure leasing operations adhere to local regulations and company policies.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a productive work environment.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial/supervisory role within the automotive sector, ideally in leasing.
- Communication: Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written) for effective client interactions.
- Education: University Graduate with a relevant degree in business, automotive management, or a related field.
- Visa Status: Must hold a transferable visa #18 candidate must be Kuwait-based.
- Driving License: Possesses a valid Kuwait driver’s license for on-site visits and business travel.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in leasing software, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to assess client needs and tailor leasing solutions accordingly.
