We need an Assistant Front Office Manager

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in supervising daily operations at the front desk, ensuring excellent guest service and efficient check-in/check-out procedures. This role involves managing front desk staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to enhance guest experience. The Assistant Front Office Manager also assists in training new staff, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and financial transactions. يدعم مساعد مدير المكتب الأمامي مدير المكتب الأمامي في الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في مكتب الاستقبال، وضمان تقديم خدمة ممتازة للنزلاء وإجراءات تسجيل الدخول والخروج الفعالة. يتضمن هذا الدور إدارة موظفي مكتب الاستقبال، والتعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى النزلاء، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتحسين تجربة النزلاء. يساعد مساعد مدير المكتب الأمامي أيضًا في تدريب الموظفين الجدد، وإدارة الجداول الزمنية، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحجوزات والمعاملات المالية.
Assist in managing and supervising front desk operations. 
Ensure efficient and smooth check-in/check-out procedures. 
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. 
Supervise and train front desk staff. 
Maintain accurate records of bookings and financial transactions. 
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. 
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. 
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance. 
Support in implementing and maintaining front office systems and procedures. 
Monitor and manage inventory of front office supplies.  المساعدة في إدارة والإشراف على عمليات مكتب الاستقبال. 

التعامل مع استفسارات وطلبات وشكاوى النزلاء بشكل احترافي. 
الإشراف على موظفي مكتب الاستقبال وتدريبهم. 
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحجوزات والمعاملات المالية. 
التنسيق مع قسم التدبير المنزلي والصيانة والأقسام الأخرى. 
ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الفندق. 
المساعدة في جدولة مناوبات الموظفين وإدارة الحضور. 
دعم في تنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة وإجراءات المكتب الأمامي. 
مراقبة وإدارة مخزون مستلزمات المكتب الأمامي.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in front office operations. 
Strong leadership and team management skills. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Proficiency in hotel management software. 
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts. 
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. 
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 
