Support the preparation of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual reports, Comfi, WCR.
Prepare analysis of monthly results, projects/assets expenses, detailed KPIs and dashboards
Prepare monthly detailed analysis of all relevant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accounts, reconciliations needed for closing
Support preparation of Annual Budget and Closing forecast including the final presentation and the ad hoc analysis
Support preparation of Long-Term Plan for the company (5 year/ 10 year) based on the guidelines received from HO
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Work with senior accountant to post SAP journal entries
Support senior accountant on CAPEX analysis
Work on different projects within the team or with other teams
Work with operational and sales teams by providing support on financial queries
Other Ad-hoc works as delegated
Contexte et Environnement
Responsible for Financial Analysis, Business control, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
TotalEnergies Renewables Development Middle East entities are relatively small affiliates in the group, owned by Total Renewables.
The affiliate is quite new and organization, processes and procedures are still under implementation.
This context requires to be agile, flexible, autonomous and a strong spirit of analysis and synthesis.
Responsible for monthly detailed analysis of all relevant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accounts, reconciliations
Responsible of analysis of monthly results, projects/assets expenses, detailed KPIs and dashboards.
Ensure timely completion of all tasks
Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy,
Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities.
Profil recherché
Master’s degree in Economics or Business studies.
Excellent use of Excel and database. Good knowledge of SAP.
Analytical approach to work.
Problem-solving skills and initiative. Strong attention to detail.
Handling deadlines and pressure situations. Good time management and ability to prioritise.
Ability to work in transverse, good relationship and initiative mindset.
