JOB TITLE
FMCG Commercial Head | Retail | Corporate HO
ROLE SUMMARY
The Commercial Head is responsible for standardizing the sourcing strategy within respective country and/or region. The role holder is responsible for optimizing business performance in order to achieve and exceed set targets by implementing best practices. He/she is also responsible for supporting and advising the local sourcing teams to implement international standards on country level.

Contribute To The Development And Implementation Of Effective Strategies For Sourcing Goods
Develop A Monitoring Process For The Orders Of Necessary Goods
Support The Development Of New Sourcing Countries Where A Local Office Is Needed
Oversee The Development Of Negotiation Strategies In Consultation Of Vp Omnichannel Sourcing To Secure Profitable Deals Based On Business Targets
Review Identified Suppliers And Support The Development Of Partnerships When Applicable
Manage The Data Sharing And Monetization To Cpg’S & Vendors
Ensure Collaboration With Key Stakeholders To Ensure Clarity Of The Specifications And Expectations Of The Sourcing Function
Oversee The Development Of Metrics To Evaluate Product Quality
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’S Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics Or Business Administration
Master’S Degree Is Preferred
7 – 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role
3 – 5 Years In Retail Industry
Fluency In English Language Command
FMCG Sourcing And Contracting Experience In A Retail Environment
