Production Engineer (Open for Saudi Nationals Only)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision of department manager, monitoring and operating production lines and lead a team of captains, operators and workers.
As an Engineer you will ensures extrusion lines are set up properly to specific job specifications.
Ensures proper line speed is maintained 5S during the production run, and responsible for cleanliness of machine & production floor area.
Responsible of Setting up equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
Following all safety guidelines.
Training and assisting other employees as necessary.
Following verbal and written instructions and maintains accurate records.
Other duties as required or assigned by the line manager.

Position Technical Knowledge & Requirement:

Hold Degree in Polymer or Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
Have at least 5 years manufacturing experience in Plastics Manufacturing, preferably in HDPE PIPE extrusion.
Have good knowledge of plastic materials, production & troubleshooting.
Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations and use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Good communication skills in written and verbal English
Able to lead a team of Supervisors, Captains, operators and workers.
Be able to read and interpret routine instructions.
Have good communication skills, and team player.
Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including working overtime and weekends as needed
Able to Operates forklift, Optional.
