KONE is looking for a service-minded Maintenance Technician to provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier. You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks on KONE and Third Party equipment, as well as attending call-outs for stoppages. Training and technical support is provided and the opportunity for advancement within the company is only limited to your willingness to progress.
What will you be doing?
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance
Attend service calls and complete planned and unplanned repairs
Carry out the activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including sound understanding of quality and safety standards
Take immediate action on site in case of high risk identification and apply the escalation procedure
Accountable for the end-users and the site safety
Accountable for precise and timely reporting of the work done
Are you the one?
0 - 3 years of experience within the elevators & escalators industry
Fresh graduates from technical institutes with mechanical/electrical major are welcome to apply
To comply with the current labor regulations, this role is only open for Saudi nationals
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
