Food people are partnered with a leading Export Development Company that specialise in supporting international F&B brands to enter the UAE and wider GCC markets. They require an ambitious Brand Relationship Manager with extensive experience of working within the GCC food and beverage sector.


You will have a proven track record of successfully launching and selling international food and beverage brands into retail, food service and manufacturing channels.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate profitable new business sales through Brand product sales across Retail, Food Service and Manufacturing Channels in line with set targets.
  • Manage existing end customers across Retail, Food Service and Manufacturing Channels to achieve incremental revenue through product sales for our brands in line with set targets and KPI’s
  • Select and appoint new distribution partnerships for Brand Partners across designated GCC territories
  • Build, maintain and grow distributor relations GCC wide, in order to drive maximum performance and revenue for our Brand Partners
  • Develop your own source of leads and generate new business from them, alongside utilising internal CRM system as a source of leads
  • Develop consumer promotional campaigns, mechanics, in-store and event activation ideas to enable positive brand performance and growth across retail channels
  • Create prepare and design reports and presentations for Brand Partners/customers as required. Able to analyse data and provide key insights, findings and recommendations
  • Create competitor analysis reports for Brand partners through research online and in the field, analysing data and findings. Able to identify opportunities and key insights to share with Brand Partners to assist in developing Brand Sales and Brand Profile
  • Communicate internally and externally market insights by customer/competitors which can have an impact on our business in order to take required action
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the customer
  • Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Updating CRM (Pipedrive) with all relevant day to day activities and follow ups planned


KEY INGREDIENTS

  • Proven track record in F&B sales into Retail channels (Major Retailers, Modern Trade and E commerce) - minimum of 5 years experience
  • Excellent command and fluent English – additional languages advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Clear and concise communication style relating to people at all levels
  • Highly proficient in power point presentations and able to write relevant content
  • Highly Proficient in Excel
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, high energy self-starter, autonomous
  • Willing to travel across GCC from time to time
  • Strong time management, organisational and decision-making skills
  • The ability to think strategically
  • Full driver’s license and car
  • Able to work remotely
