Responsibilities:
• To work as a PMC team member reporting to Commissioning manager
• The role of Static Commissioning engineering will predominantly be at sites, where he is responsible for Pre-commissioning and overseeing the installation of HVDC Control systems with its interface to plant and equipment, ensuring EPC contractor performance during commissioning stage.
• Excellent knowledge of various upstream process facility is mandatory
• Conversant with Mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, Commissioning work flow applicable for project execution phase
• Must have firm knowledge and hands on experience for preparation of system, sub-system mark-ups, OTPs, SATs etc for Mechanical/ process systems
• Must have experience in machinery alignment, lube oil system commissioning requirements, first fill requirements, experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of AP 610 pumps of various sizes, API 675 pumps of various sizes, API 674 pumps, AP 676 twin screw pumps, static vessels- pig launchers, HVAC systems- fire suppression systems, building integrity testing etc.
• Must have through experience in N2/ He lea testing, test pack preparation/ reviewing, execution etc.
• Experience in green field and brown field job is mandatory
• Must be conversant with LOTO requirements during commissioning, construction and operation phase
• Must have operation phase experience especially on start-up, performance testing etc.
• Must be a champion of safety with firm knowledge on various commissioning HSE requirements, PTW, PSSR, PHASER etc.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognize University.
• Minimum 15yrs oil & Gas experience, Petrochemical projects, good team player with understanding of multi-discipline commissioning work approach.
