Job Description
Our client is a leading construction organization with a strong presence in the UAE. An ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing employee files/records, payroll management, and manpower requisitions.
Main Responsibilities to include:
Generating payroll, managing time sheets and controlling attendance for the entire organization
Managing leave absence systems
Maintain and develop employee personnel file records
Provide support employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures
Creating and maintaining reports on employees, Labor supply and manpower distribution and other HR Admin related tasks
Issuing/follow up on insurance, workmen compensation
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of old and new UAE Labor Laws
6-8 years of HR Admin experience in the Construction sector in UAE is essential
