Primary purpose of job

Responsible for the supervision of contractor’s site activities and construction works to ensure compliance with approved

scope, approved design, QHSE requirements, execution schedule leading to timely completion, commissioning and

handover of assigned projects.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 18 (Eighteen) years’ experience in an appropriate discipline involving construction/installation, pre-commissioning

and commissioning of onshore oil and gas projects, including minimum 5 years in similar position.

Experience in PMC/EPC Organization in LNG/NGL/Refinery and has managed construction, Pre commissioning and

Commissioning of major brownfield and green filed project(s).

Experienced with simultaneous operation & construction works in live plants by understanding the End User’s

constraints/concerns and hence minimizing effects on the project schedule and cost.

Computer literate in appropriate software.

Good knowledge of industry engineering standards, quality control, safety and environmental awareness. Middle East

Experience an advantage

Good knowledge of construction and QHSE related standards.

Good ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, lifting/erection plans, construction

schedules and drawings.

Ability to highlight potential bottlenecks/problems related to construction activities and suggest solutions.

Good communication and report writing skills.

Ability to supervise a multi-national and multi-cultural workforce

Education

1. B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or Diploma with extensive construction management experience.

The role is responsible to effectively maintain data integrity across all product categories. In conjunction with the lead buying officer ensure the parameters for auto internal replenishment and auto external replenishment are correct so that the correct quantities of stock are procured from suppliers in a timely manner and distributed in the appropriate quantities to each retail outlet on a frequent basis.

Key accountabilities include:

Maintain master data files of supplier details and category hierarchy by SKU by setting up new suppliers and new LPU’s to ensure that all information is accurately captured in the system.

Maintain file purchase supply agreements for each supplier, Pricelist, promotional calendars, Trade Investments and A&P to ensure that supplier details are readily available and accessible for the department and other users.

Support Lead Buying Officer to set up and maintain auto external replenishment (AER) parameters to ensure the correct quantities of product are ordered from suppliers in a timely manner to meet budget requirements.

Support Lead Buying Officer to set up and maintain auto external replenishment (AER) parameters to ensure the correct stock quantities are transferred from the distribution center to each retail outlet.

Communicate, prepare purchase order and accordingly record/track orders including issuance of PO to the suppliers to ensure that purchases are within the required timeframe.

Develop and introduce best technical and administrative practices for the receipt and review of supplier proforma invoices post their receipt of QDC orders to ensure uniformly of processes across the business.

Coordinate with warehouse logistics team to ensure compliance with all shipping dates including supply chain & logistics details are accurately tracked to guarantee timely delivery of products.

Plan projects and launches new products with marketing and retail departments in terms of adequate stocks, visuals for promotions and product trainings for sales teams.

Source local non-stock items at competitive pricing and place & administer orders accordingly.

Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 3 years job related experience.

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent with minimum 2 years job related experience.

Essential to have an experience working in a retail organization with an experience of order purchasing/ tracking/commercial.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines and demanding quality executions.

Effective communication, presentation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents.

Command of English language.

Strong excel and analytics skills.

SOCIAL INITIATIVE:

As the manager revenue, you will take on the operational responsibility for the revenue delivery of a region assigned through pricing and demand functions. Plan point of sale and origin/destination strategies as well as tactical measures that would be carried out by Revenue Management Analysts to achieve goals including regional revenues targets and continuous improvement of network RASK.

Other operational duties would include:

Acts as a key interface, consulting with the Regional Market Planning & Analysis team to develop and align pricing, distribution and inventory availability strategies for the region

Responsible for developing pricing strategies to meet the region and company’s revenue targets ensuring the right price products are distributed based on understanding of price elasticity, fare granularity and net fare products

Lead, through analytical team, identification of market specific holidays and special events to distinguish and fully exploit peak revenue generating opportunities

Determines strategies to minimize risks associated with revenue delivery, replace at risk / reducing revenue streams or capitalize on opportunities

Understands the commercial strategies of the business including those of Sales, Distribution, Commercial Planning, Digital, CRM, FFP and e-Commerce to align RM’s pricing & inventory strategies

Evaluates the region and determines how and when volume strategies are to be replaced with yield strategies

Works with the Revenue Management Specialist to improve the price benchmarking process and provide requirements for automation and best practice

Understands QR performance as well as various inputs and indicators of economics, market conditions, competition and consumer sentiment to continuously revise price and demand decisions in order to deliver on revenue goals and RASK.

Leads an analytical team responsible for demand influences and pricing decisions and their use of decision support tools and pricing / demand automation to deliver revenue.

Accountable for ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the team is appropriately informed and at the same time gathering insights from the team to formulate regular, concise and cogent summaries for senior management.

A bachelor’s degree qualification.

8+ years of job-related experience

Revenue management experience in a global airline.

Direct experience in a Senior Analytical role related to Pricing or Demand.

Experience in applying point of sale, origin and destination based revenue management.

Practical experience in revenue management systems.
