Responsibilities

a)      Safety: meet the Corporate , customer and legal obligations of Health, Safety and Environment (trainings, use of PPEs and safety observations)

b)     Customer growth and development: Identifies and develop opportunities for business growth cooperating actively with sales to progress them having an active and influential role with the customer to develop the solution. Actively engages with sales to pursue the opportunities (actively generate and support sales leads) and provides customers with the most effective solutions

c)      Honeywell DCS and Industrial Safety Systems augmentation / Upgrade projects engineering and onsite execution. 

d)     System upgrades, augmentation, modifications and maintenance services (Installation/configuration/implementation/commissioning/maintenance support) of Honeywell’s HPS offerings Experion PKS, C300/C200 and Foundation Fieldbus,  including Industrial safety systems (FSC, Safety Manager). Integration of 3rd party DCS Systems or SCADA products to meet customer specifications. OPM / upgrade projects execution.  

e)      Honeywell Control Systems Migration  (Should have L3 level certification on at least 1 system platform + 1 OPM and SM L2.)

f)       Respond to customer inquiries and Maintain the customer equipment to the required standard: regularly performs preventive / corrective maintenance and promptly intervenes on maintenance needs

g)      System diagnosis: Diagnosis, troubleshooting, Maintenance and escalation for rectification of issues for timely closure of service requests.

h)     Keep technically current with the broad HPS Experion DCS. Understand legacy systems/upgrades and use all new systems/products.

i)       Provide service solutions to both legacy and new systems, as appropriate.

j)       Participate in control system service projects during Engineering, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning phases as required.

k)      Provide special / custom training to customers upon request.

l)       Quality of delivery: Deliver promptly against service request, respecting agreed timing and ensure timely closure and tracking.  Deliver on Customer Satisfaction, process up-time and system performance metrics.

m)   Internal processes and reporting: Adopt and adhere to global standard in terms of tracking of actions (tools and timing) and promptly submit timesheets and billable work to ensure on time invoicing.

Qualifications

·         3-5 years work Experience in engineering and maintenance of Automation Control System out of which minimum 7 years should be on Honeywell EPKS, SM, FSC Control Systems.

·         Bachelor degree in engineering (engineers) – BE / B Tech Instrumentation & control / Electronics / Industrial Automation

  • Prepare components of ALCO reporting, including detailed analysis for presentation to the Committee
  • Understand various bank products, banking system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the information used in various ALCM forums / reports.
  • Review and implement various ALCM policies related to transfer pricing IRR, liquidity premium as per FIM requirements
  • Supervise the preparation of ALCM notes and disclosures for financial and regulatory consolidated reporting.
  • Review of VAT returns and timely escalation to the CFO. Ensure Tax compliance and minimizing Tax liability.
  • Promote, support and ensure Finance Management owns its risk and controls as first line of defense, ensuring that all key risks within Finance activities and operations are identified, mitigated and monitored by an appropriate control environment that is commensurate with risk appetite.
  • Identify and assess operational risks and controls within acceptable levels and within Group and regional standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor and test the ongoing effectiveness of key controls to gain assurance that they are operating in line with risk appetite and any regulatory and Group requirement.
  • Independently manage any projects as directed by the CFO.
  • Overall support to the CFO.
Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Professionally qualified - Chartered Accountant preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in ALCM and Finance and overall post qualification experience of 9- 10 years.
  • Proven leadership skills to provide oversight of and development of teams;
  • Strong knowledge of HSBC Group and products, and a strong network of contacts across all business areas;
  • Strong understanding of Finance as well as Business.
  • Strong MI and analytical skills.
  • High level of drive and motivation and ability to solve problems
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in clear language

Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Packet core Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.

You will typically interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.

As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. You are expected to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. The technical development is rapid and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.

You will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often requires you to take on big responsibility and it is important that you can work independently. .

 

You will 

  • Customer support request (CSR) investigation follow up and coordination.
  • Analyze problems and identify suitable solution to these problems.
  • Do Software Update Management (SUM) activities.
  • Working on complex troubleshooting, using support tools and according to global support processes and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Customer.
  • Actively engage in communication with other engineers for the purpose of knowledge sharing.

 

To be successful in this role you must have

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Domain experience: (Packet core) at least 7-8 years.
  • Very good knowledge of Ericsson Packet Core nodes, SGSN-MME, GGSN, EPC, vEPC
  • Good Understanding of Packet Core surrounding Nodes (Like IMS, OCC, Charging Nodes)
  • Good knowledge of SAPC (Policy server) , IPWorks (DNS)
  • Familiar with virtualization and the Cloud Systems
  • Excellent IP background
  • Very good knowledge of Linux
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills
  • Planning & organizing skills
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Presentation & communication skill

Function

Carry out all the administrative work for the Medical Fitness center and the coordination required within the department and with other DDI departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the MFC team and ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality services to members and the public at large, and the provision of high level of effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of all services.
  • Manage spending and reduce operational cost of the MFC.
