Job Description

Manzil Healthcare services has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious tele-sales representative, looking to join a well-established company to excel and develop whilst still utilizing their own skills and creative thinking.

We are searching for an energetic and caring professional to join our sales team in Dubai. We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box, using their own B2C sales experience to view our healthcare services through the eyes of the customer!

Key Responsibility :
The role primarily focuses on B2C sales of our relevant service lines, activities include;
Using your own dynamic initiatives to increase lead generation
Using a robust sales process to follow marketing leads through the sales journey to conversion
Account management of established and newly source accounts to increase referrals and upsell of services
Customer service and client retention

As a Telesales representative and part of the UAE Sales Team, candidates must have the self-discipline, drive and energy to be able to work both independently but also as a team player.

With the support from our Clinical Operations team, clinical/medical experience is not necessary – just the sheer appetite to grow and develop in a rewarding industry and fast moving environment.

Synopsis

Monitor and manage the catering equipment to ensure its proper functioning, availability and compliance with safety and business requirements.

Accountabilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage equipment specification documents to ensure all technical information are updated
  • Develop and manage the equipment category management plan to ensure it is updated and in line with business needs
  • Coordinate and monitor tools, machines and equipment, to ensure they work properly and according to security standards and requirements
  • Monitor equipment performance to identify potential enhancements
  • Collaborate with Procurement and other departments to ensure the timely supply of equipment / spare parts in case of malfunctioning
  • Manage equipment changes to ensure the proper development of required documents and specifications
  • Liaise with procurement and accounting departments to verify purchase orders and suppliers? invoices and payments to avoid delayed in payments and orders
  • Monitor warehouse environment/equipment and is responsible for ordinary maintenance to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Liaise with external providers to ensure timely shipments booking

  • Minimum high school certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience within relevant field.

    WSP currently seek an experienced Mobilisation & Onboarding Manager to ensure a seamless mobilization and onboarding experience for all new joiners to the Company.

    Your new role, what's involved?

    • Act as the single point of contact for all new hires from the moment they sign their employment offer until after they’ve joined the business and settled into their new role.
    • Coordinate handover with TA team, gather all relevant info.
    • Assist the new joiner with all necessary document attestation processes in their home country. Coordinate with local agencies to assist, where necessary. Explain thoroughly the visa process in the relevant country into which they are being hired.
    • Assist new joiner with shipping logistics for household effects, where applicable.
    • Coordinate with PRO team for all labour contract submissions & coordination.
    • Confirm joining date with new hires, update relevant HR and Hiring Manager personnel.
    • Coordinate with IT team to ensure timely ordering and setup of IT equipment, mobile phone etc.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements with HRBP team, ensure accommodation is arranged, airport transfers etc.
    • Coordinate welcome calls with Line Manager and other relevant parties.
    • Update HRBP with joining information of new hire, ensure correct cost-centre, location, Line Manager etc. is received.
    • Ensure ‘Day 1’ readiness in terms of logistics, induction, meet & greets, office/site tours etc.
    • Coordinate with PRO team to ensure visa, medical and Emirates ID processes are arranged.
    • Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to the new joiner, helping them get settled both personally and professionally as fast as possible.

    We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar field.
    • What if we can?
    • At least 8 years progressive work experience in end-to-end recruitment & mobilization in a multinational &/or agency environment in KSA.
    • Preferably have industry experience in construction, engineering or professional services.
    • Have proven success as a Business Partner in my recent career known for my expertise in mobilization & onboarding.
    • Excellent working knowledge of KSA labour law & practices.

     Job Description:

    The Project Finance and Treasury Associate  is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for managing several processes, topics and relationships related to the finance department, which includes but not limited to:

    ·         Management of the sales invoice process for both internal and external customers and for local compliance purposes (including taxation)

    ·         Management of treasury related aspects of Airbus KSA entities and other related parties

    ·         Attending customer meetings and representing Airbus as per the delegated authority

    Job description
    • Establish and build HSSE policies and HSSE management systems for all IKEA sites.
    • Support all Stores’ Managers in implementing the HSSE policies requirements at IKEA Sites.

    • Monitors HSSE performance in IKEA SO & Stores and the implementation of the HSSE Policies, Standards and Procedures.
    • Obtain and maintain the international HSSE Certificates such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001
    • Collect all HSSE Statistics monthly and share it with top management yearly or when required.
    • Study all incidents and identify generic preventive actions which help to prevent incident from happing again in all IKEA Sites.
    • Support stores to obtain all government HSSE Licenses.
    • Review and approve all HSSE documents before communicating to IKEA Staff and periodically.
    • Review and approve all HSSE contracts and agreements internally and externally.
    • Advise functions’ heads on HSSE requirements. 

    Qualification
    • Bachelors or Master degree in Safety.
    • NEBOSH IGC

    Experience

    • Experience of creating and implementing fact-based strategic plans, setting budgets, and following up goals
