Job Description :

 

  • Creating Local Purchase Orders vehicle purchases in SAP. Verify all Appraisal Forms with complete set of documents. Ensures accuracy and compliance in processing all vehicle data and specification.
  • Follow up for mortgage release from the bank, assist in resolving issues and prepares the payment request following Wholesale SOP.
  • Maintain all admin files and prepare data reports such as daily stock list, purchase appraisals, buyer’s scorecard.
  • Create LPO for workshop, RTA de-registrations, export and approved cost additions.
  • Management of second set, spare keys, warranty books and ordering unavailable accessories for retail vehicles
  • Assist in raising Ariba PO for general admin, office equipment and supply inventory. Assist to obtain all required approvals for the requisitions.

 

About you :

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  
•    Associate’s Degree in a related field
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to apply Microsoft Office packages, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, effectively
•    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•    Knowledge in Office Administration Procedures


Minimum Experience: 
•    2-3 years of clerical, administration, or office experience
•    High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
•    Experience in Automotive industry or retail industry a definite asset
•    Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage

 

Job-Specific Skills: 
•    Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach 
•    Strong ability to pay attention to details and strive for excellent on work delivery
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables
•    Excellent interpersonal skills to relate cordially with team members, colleagues, management

Buying Coordinator, Landmark Group, Dubai, UAE

 Purchasing Coordinators are primarily responsible for arranging for the purchase of of raw materials, supplies and services on behalf of their employers. Purchasing Coordinators are an integral part of any business that revolves around selling physical products. Purchasing Coordinators are in demand across many sectors, including manufacturing, textiles and food production.

Key Accountabilities and Process:

·         Manage samples requested for approval are received in time, to ensure the critical path is kept into a timely manner and no delays occur to order production.

·         Manage process such as courier receipt, signing and opening all samples, tidying away of all samples, removal of boxes to storage at end of season.

·         Liaise with brands and licensees on product approvals

·         Confirm & verify timely receipt of all proforma invoices from suppliers against the buy plan.

·         Follow up on agreed shipment dates, making sure of timely dispatch of goods from supplier and to track receipts internally, to ensure all stock arrives on time to deliver the stock and sales plan

·         Create new suppliers in system on head of buying’s instruction and process through to completion additionally assist new suppliers with onboarding of Shoemart requirements

·         Update and maintain shipment tracker to provide visibility of goods and highlight any issues or delays to the buyer which could affect sales.

·         Prioritize the handover of orders to the respective department and monitor status of order production and assist in identifying priorities

·         Compile orders received from respective department to ensure sign off from buying and finance is obtained.

·         Responsible for the end to end management of PLM (product lifestyle management)

·         Prepare sell off reports with pictures as requested by season

·         Assist the buying team in analyzing basic sales data for future range learnings, prepare data in excel spreadsheets and maintain shared files.
