Job Description

·Manage project development from initiation to closure.

·Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining Scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and completion on timing.

· Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.

· Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.

· Clearly communicate expectations between Client, Consultant and team members.

· Act as a mediator between Client, Consultant and team members.

· Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.

· Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope which are documented and approved with project change request forms.

· Determine if external consultants or contractor will be required to complete project plan. If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources.

·Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to sponsor.

Lead, coach, and motivate project team members proactively.

· Determining the tools to measure the result during post-project evaluation and demonstrate how the results were achieved.

·Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.

Skills

· A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.

·Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

·Proven experience in project management with total experience more than 12 years.

·Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

·Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

· Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

· Must have experience with MUSANADA with Minimum 1 executed project of value at-least AED 40 million.

· Excellent English Communication skills, Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Job overview

We are looking for a professional and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

As a Construction Project Manager, you are responsible to coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure that the project gets completed in a timely manner and within the proposed budget.

You will be responsible to handle all the legal permits and licenses required for the completion of a project and make sure that the customer is satisfied with the overall result of the project. You should possess excellent decision-making skills and should have a keen eye on details

Track the inventory on a daily basis and keep a record of the stock.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science or related field. A diploma in Civil Engineering will also be considered.

Proven experience of 3 years as a Construction Project Manager, Construction Manager, or a similar role.

Professional licenses and certification such as Project Management certification will be preferred.

Expert knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.

Proficient knowledge of quality standards and regulations.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

Excellent time management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Hard-working individual.

Strong decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills with ability to speak in multiple languages.

Ability to work individually or in teams as and when required.
