We need an ANALYST – IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT,
JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for supporting the secure and efficient management of user access across various systems. Focusing on implementing IAM and PAM solutions, assisting with automation of identity lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
The position contributes to safeguarding digital assets, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business objectives through effective identity governance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administer and maintain the organization's Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and seamless user access.- Implement and monitor Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using tools such as Wallix.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and processes in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of user access rights and privileges to uphold the principle of least privilege.
- Design and implement automation for IAM activities, including user provisioning/deprovisioning and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Create automation scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Excel macros to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize UI automation tools like Power Automate to streamline onboarding and access workflows.
- Perform periodic audits and health checks of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen security posture.
- Optimize and automate IAM processes for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems to enhance identity governance.
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to define roles and meet IAM requirements.
- Support implementation and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Stay updated on IAM trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on IAM metrics, compliance status, and project progress for management review.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra) are an advantage.
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in Identity & Access Management or related cybersecurity domains.
- Internship or academic project experience in IAM/PAM tools is desirable.
