We need a Study Nurse (w/m/d),
Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
- Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Koordination klinischer Studien (Phase II–IV, Registerstudien, Investigator-Initiated Trials) gemäß GCP und internen SOPs
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Studienstart (Feasibility, Site Initiation, Delegationslog, Schulungsnachweise) sowie Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Studienablaufs
- Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Studienteilnehmenden, einschließlich Vorprüfung von Ein- und Ausschlusskriterien
- Vorbereitung der Aufklärung unter ärztlicher Verantwortung und Terminorganisation
- Planung, Terminierung und Durchführung studienbezogener Visiten (Screening, Baseline, Follow-ups) im Rahmen delegierter Tätigkeiten
Sie verfügen über:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, als Medizinische Fachangestellte / Pflegefachperson (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ ein abgeschlossenes medizinnahes oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Erfahrung im Bereich klinischer Forschung oder Regulatory Affairs
- Idealerweise absolvierte Weiterbildung zur Study Nurse / Studienassistenz (w/m/d) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben
- Berufserfahrung im klinischen Umfeld, in der Durchführung oder Koordination klinischer Studien und/oder in der Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Unterlagen für klinische Prüfungen
- Kenntnisse der GCP-Richtlinien und der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen klinischer Studien in Deutschland (Kenntnisse der EU-Verordnung 536/2014 und nationaler Verfahren sind von Vorteil)
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Office-Software (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und Affinität zu strukturierter, sorgfältiger Dokumentation, Erfahrung mit eCRF-Systemen ist wünschenswert
