Senior AI Product Manager – Energy/Oil, Abu Dhabi, UAE

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager for Generative AI to work on strategic, high-impact engagements across the region. You'll help our clients navigate User-centric Product mindset and GenAI adoption across PDLC and SDLC with speed, safety and measurable business value — and drive full-stack product delivery from concept to scale.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with client innovation teams, digital units and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needsTranslate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs and scalable rollouts — across both public and private sector organizationsLead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail and governmentCollaborate with global EPAM engineering, data science and design teams to ensure robust, compliant and impactful deliveryEnsure data privacy, localization and ethical AI practices are built into product design and implementationGuide clients through AI adoption maturity — from first pilot to enterprise-wide integrationRequirements7+ years of experience in product management, in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platformsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related fieldDemonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in Energy. Ideally with upstream oil development process knowledge (geomodelling)Practical working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deploymentStrong client consulting skills — you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiencesFamiliarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy)Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data and engineeringNice to havePrior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI or AWS BedrockArabic language skills (not required, but a plus)
