Job description

Job Description : Develop and propose technical solutions based on justified technological choices to meet product specifications. Consider the development context and industrial requirements. Lead or assist in leading the development of technical solutions and innovative ideas from the initial concept to the validation of the demonstrator prototype. Develop and propose complete and robust technical solutions according to specifications. Make justified technological choices adapted to the industrial context and product requirements (materials, processes). Ensure the completion of work according to established processes (2D review, 3D review, etc.). Prepare supporting documentation for deliverables according to established processes. Consider "design to cost," "design to manufacturing," and ergonomic constraints in designs. Lead and actively participate in Product and Process FMEAs. Ensure and communicate the status of the work under their responsibility and alert in case of deviations. Monitor the achievement of their objectives and report any deviations. Guarantee compliance with the quality, cost, and deadline objectives of their deliverables. Ensure the proper integration of definition files into the PLM system. Provide technical assistance when needed and share their knowledge with the entire team. Contribute to the improvement of training modules related to their profession and the transfer of knowledge within the engineering department through knowledge sharing and participation in the development of the training school. Know and respect the internal standards and procedures applicable to their area of ​​activity. Ensure technological and regulatory monitoring. Participate in the company's continuous improvement process. Contribute to the intellectual property protection of their ideas.
