Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Manzel Bouzelfa or Zaghouan

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to support new product implementation (NPI) and the transfer of new activities to Tunisia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects related to molding, machining, Alpha parts, and other manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth execution from planning to industrialization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and activity transfers to Tunisia.
• Process Development: Support the industrialization of molding, machining, and Alpha parts production, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, quality, production, and supply chain teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supplier & Customer Interaction: Collaborate with global teams, suppliers, and customers to align on technical requirements and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and cost-saving initiatives in new projects.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Engineering degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, industrialization, or process engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing processes (assembly, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of NPI, product transfers, and industrialization processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
