We need a Lead Field Engineer- Pipeline

We are looking for a Lead Field Engineer - Pipeline for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Site based - Flexible to work on several sites in UAE
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts - 6 days per week
Contract Duration: 12 months - extendable based on project requirement
Qualification and Experience Required:
- 15 years & above of experience in the field.
- Site experience is a must.
- Experience with ADNOC on site and ADNOC approved is highly preferred.
- Requiring maximum one month notice.
- Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 3 years.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
- Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Services Description
- Oversee and coordinate piping design and installation activities on large-scale engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address technical challenges and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
- Conduct on-site inspections to maintain high-quality standards in piping fabrication and installation.
- Foster a safe working environment by promoting safety best practices and protocols among team members.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
