Human Resource Manager for Leader in Heavy Lifting & Transportation Industry
Working at Jubail, Saudi Arabia
 
 
Mammoet is a market leader that provides solutions to engineered heavy lifting and transportation, installation and commissioning. Mammoet is part of SHV Holdings, a Fortune 500 company. We are looking for Human Resource Manager to be based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Leads the HR function to deliver Regional and Global HR strategies and policies, ensuring organizational effectiveness that supports both immediate and long-term business objectives.
Partners with management to accelerate talent deployment and development in compliance with company standards and KSA labor legislationExecutes Mammoet's HR strategy, annual business plans, operating model, authorization matrix, and business control frameworkEnsures adherence to legal requirements, company procedures, and safety, health, sustainability, and social wellbeing standardsCollaborates closely with line management, field and office personnel, payroll officers, and the work council
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor degree in HR or legal discipline with 15 years of relevant, broad, and deep work experience in people management, organization and job design, influencing & persuading and strong exposure to HR system in delivering results and meeting the customer expectation.
