Director - Tax & Compliance (Profit Share + Equity Path)
a profitable and reputable UAE firm with over eight years of success, is seeking a senior leader to take full operational control and drive the company's next phase of growth.
This unique role is designed for an ambitious professional looking to transition from traditional employment into a future ownership pathway, offering a senior-level salary, profit sharing, and a clear equity purchase opportunity after two years.
Areas of Expertise for Discussion:
• Compliance & Technical Ownership: Full end-to-end responsibility for VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, and AML filings, including final quality control and FTA representation.
• • Business Growth & P&L Management: Strategies for driving revenue, introducing advisory services, and improving internal operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership & SOP Optimization: Experience in hiring, mentoring staff, and creating standard operating procedures to maintain service quality at scale.
Salary:
15k Fixed salary + 10 percentage incentive on profit.
Qualification & Experience
Mandatory
• CA / ACCA / CPA / CTA / CMA
• 8–12+ years UAE tax & compliance experience
• Strong FTA audit & advisory exposure
• Leadership experience in tax firms or consultancies
