Data Center Facility Manager – Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Data Center & Smart Hands Engineer to support daily operations within our data center facilities.
Key Responsibilities:Researching and designing data center equipment and facilities and ensuring that designs and installations meet requirements.Keeping accurate records of all activities .Troubleshooting technical issues and responding promptly to emergencies.Managing the power sources, heating, and cooling controls inside the facilityPerforming cable management, including securing , color coding and documenting the writingDefine data center system level architectureDevelop operations and maintenance proceduresCollaborate with cross functional teamsProvide regular updates tostakeholdersSet up and configure servers to meet operational needsConduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly. Identify and mitigate potential risks.Handle hardware upgrades to maintain system efficiency.Participate in audits and provide solutions for identified concerns. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Manage the environment monitoring systems, respond to alerts promptly, and take necessary actions.Manage the environment monitoring systems , respond to alerts promptly and take necessary actions.Manage backup tapes and ensure data integrity and security.Provide comprehensive reports as per the data center’s standard procedure.Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and infrastructure , monitor for any security breaches and respond accordingly.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of data center best practices and safety standards.
