Job DescriptionCommercial Lead & Associate Director
Position Purpose: Maximize revenue from the CSL portfolio by partnering with distributors and agents in designated territories. Develop long-term client relationships, manage tender bids, and create opportunities for future sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve annual revenue targets and explore additional revenue opportunities.
Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and yearly financial budgets.
Manage tender administration and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key market stakeholders.
Develop long-term business plans and provide input to marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (business/scientific).
At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Middle East and/or North Africa region.
Fluency in English, with Arabic and/or French being a benefit.
Willingness to travel (30-50% of working time).
Competencies: Drive for results, negotiating, business acumen, problem-solving, strategic thinking, decision-making, ethics and values, and customer focus.
