We need a Call Center Agent,

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate information about services.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures.
• Support daily operations of the ride service.

Employment Type: Full time (Day time shift & Night time shift)

Number of people needed: Day time shift: (10) Night time shift: (5)

About You

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in any field of study.
• Strong communication skills in Amharic and English (both are required).
• Computer skill and knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage (but not required).
