Le/la Comptable est responsable de la gestion, du suivi et de l’analyse des opérations financières de l’entreprise. Il/elle veille à la fiabilité des informations comptables et fiscales, au respect des obligations légales et contribue à la performance financière globale de l’organisation.

Ses principales missions incluent :

1. Assurer l’exactitude financière et la conformité

• Maintenir des enregistrements financiers précis, complets et à jour.
• Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires, la gestion des écritures comptables et la préparation des bilans.
• Garantir la conformité avec les normes comptables, fiscales et légales en vigueur.
• Préparer et suivre les déclarations fiscales et sociales.

2. Soutenir la croissance et la performance financière

• Participer à l’élaboration des budgets, prévisions et reportings financiers.
• Analyser les données financières pour identifier les écarts, opportunités et axes d’optimisation.
• Fournir des recommandations afin d’améliorer la rentabilité et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
• Appuyer la direction dans les prises de décisions stratégiques liées à la santé financière de l’entreprise.

3. Conseil stratégique et accompagnement

• Proposer des pistes d’optimisation fiscale et financière.
• Offrir des conseils pour assurer la pérennité et le développement à long terme de l’organisation.
• Contribuer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques financières et de contrôles internes
  Profil recherché :
  • 5 ans d'expérience , diplômé en comptabilité, finance ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée en comptabilité et fiscalité (cabinet ou entreprise).
  • Maîtrise des outils comptables, de reporting et des ERP.
  • Bonne connaissance de la législation fiscale et des normes comptables locales/internationales.
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et respect des délais.
  • Esprit analytique et force de proposition.
