The Role
Senior Planner - Mixed Use Development $7,000-$8,100 p/m 26-30000 AED Per Month Western Management Team Strong Order Book Chance to climb the ladder in the UAE with this Main Contractor Senior Planning Engineer based in UAE. Do you have project planning & pre construction tender planning experience? Our Client has been operating 40+ Years in in the Emirates with a Track Record on D&B Projects worth 350 Million AED up to 2.1 Billion. Our client is seeking a Senior Planner capable of hands on leading a small team & managing the full program of a 750 Million Mixed Use Development in Dubai. The right candidate will have solid experience on Hotels, Mixed Use, Commercial , Education & Industrial Projects. You will have the confidence to client face , manage a small team and protect and justify your baseline program. Do you have the eye for detail and technical understanding to protect your program from client scrutiny? We are not seeking a software planner but someone with 6- 7 Years relevant planner experience for a BUILDINGS main contractors in the UAE. Our client have requested to engage local UAE based candidates ONLY at this stage. They also want someone that understands the local clients, supply chain and engineers in DUBAI. If you have a career history that shows loyalty, success and technical construction projects then read on. Our client has strong cash flow, strong order book and good ETHICS.

Requirements

Following is Critical for a successful application • You must have PRIMAVERA experience (p6) • Currently based in the UAE for face to face interview • Civil Engineering or Construction Degree • Solid Main Contracting Experience • Happy with budget provided • Strong communication skills to be demonstrated throughout the hiring process Salary: AED 27,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
