We need a Senior Executive - HR
The Senior Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for supporting the organization’s people agenda through effective management of recruitment, onboarding & induction, employee relations, HR operations, and administration. The role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to organizational policies, compliance with statutory requirements, and the delivery of efficient HR services that enhance employee engagement and operational excellence.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement the annual manpower acquisition plan and recruitment budget.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved in line with the approved manpower plan.
- Drive nationalization initiatives and ensure recruitment target by achieving prescribed quotas.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, negotiation, and offer issuance. Track recruitment metrics to ensure time-to-fill and quality-of-hire objectives are met.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Oversee smooth execution of end-to-end joining and onboarding formalities.
- Conduct induction workshops to orient new employees with company policies, service rules, and benefits.
- Ensure timely allocation of workstations, systems, and resources for new joiners. Coordinate with line managers for probation reviews and successful integration of employees.
3.Employee Relations
- Act as the point of contact for employee requests such as transfers, document requests and leave approvals.
- Support retention programs such as Employee of the Month, Long Service Awards, etc.
- Support the management of grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews in line with company policy.
- Ensure smooth execution of employee separation processes, including exit interviews, F&F settlements, and documentation. Promote positive employee engagement through communication, policy awareness, and HR initiatives.
4. HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle activities such as transfers, confirmations, promotions, and resignations.
- Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and digital personnel files with accuracy.
- Support performance management processes including mid-term and annual appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements in all HR processes.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience with exposure across recruitment, operations, and employee relations.
Specialized Training - MS Office Suite.
