The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people. We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking planning manager to join our established and growing team in Saudi.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owns planning function for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
• Supports project delivery, contributing to timely and profitable outcomes.
• Leads planning for complex projects, portfolios, or major project sections.
• Applies advanced planning tools and techniques, including scheduling and EVM.
• Communicates and influences effectively, addressing complex requirements and corrective actions.
• Manages and develops planning teams, fostering technical growth and leadership.
• Engages clients and stakeholders, driving acceptance of proposals and recommendations.
• Promotes sustainability, contributing to net zero carbon goals through proactive planning practices.

You’ll need to have:

• Experienced planning professional with a degree in construction/engineering and strong management capabilities across multi-disciplinary sectors.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution throughout project lifecycles.
