What you'll be doing

As an Operator - Inventory, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management. You’ll be responsible for organizing and conducting cycle counts, stock verifications, and customer claims investigations. Your work will directly support operational excellence and continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute cycle counts, stock-takes, and inventory verifications across multiple sites.
• Investigate and resolve customer claims related to inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and foster a cooperative work environment.
• Report incidents, equipment damage, and safety concerns promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, retail, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize inventory and supply chain management systems to optimize stock movement and minimize bottlenecks.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in inventory or supply chain operations, with a strong understanding of inventory management processes.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Team-oriented approach, supporting development and engagement of peers through feedback and mentorship.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
