Construction Manager, Muscat, Oman

We need a Construction ManagerThe Role
Guildhall is looking for a Construction Manager to lead our client's Civil division operations in Oman. The selected candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and effective stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion. • Handle all aspects of project marketing, execution, certification, and payment collection. • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. • Take full responsibility for the division's performance and business development initiatives. • Prepare and present project status reports and manage budgets effectively. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred. • 10-15 years experience in civil construction project management, preferably in the GCC region. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
