Service Advisor
to join our Jaguar Land Rover team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and the service department, ensuring a premium experience through accurate service planning, customer communication, and quality assurance. Your mission will be to meet customer satisfaction while optimizing service department utilization and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their service needs
- Book vehicles for service and coordinate with the workshop team
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain the work needed
- Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations
- Ensure all records, payments, and service details are accurate
- Promote additional services or products when appropriate
- Handle customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with the service and dealership teams
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow JLR standards
- Continuously improve through training and feedback

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Basic understanding of automotive servicing and repairs
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with JLR processes and service standards (preferred)
Experience Level:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands is an advantage
- Familiarity with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) service systems and procedures is preferred
- Proven track record in handling customer queries, service bookings, and follow-ups
